My favorite Protein Shake Recipe
Kale/Blueberry Protein Shake
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (I like rice protein powder)
1 cup frozen blueberries
large handful of kale
1/2 banana
Put it all in the blender and you have a delicious way to start your day!
